Jen offers virtual counselling for adults 18+ to support various mental health challenges, including anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, addiction, ADHD, and grief. She offers a range of therapeutic techniques, such as EMDR therapy, to address cognitive, emotional, and somatic manifestations of stress and trauma.
Jen takes an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from her extensive experience working in Military and RCMP settings and their families, with a specialization in trauma. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a deep understanding of moral injury and gender-based violence, particularly within diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition to traditional therapy, Jen incorporates holistic practices, including Reiki Level 2, to support mind-body healing and overall well-being. Her approach is compassionate, client centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, fostering resilience and growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Jen’s online counselling services are ideal for those with busy schedules, remote locations, childcare barriers or mobility challenges. She offers flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure support is accessible when needed.

Moravia de la O supports adult clients (18+) who are struggling with the impacts of past traumas in their daily lives. She understands the deeply felt and long-lasting imprint of trauma on a person’s body, brain, sense of self, and relationships. In therapy, she strives to create a warm and welcoming environment to support clients in their healing journeys.
Moravia is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and fully incorporates this modality into her work with clients. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy for addressing trauma and PTSD/complex PTSD. Moravia has a strong track record of using EMDR to help clients process traumatic memories and heal from trauma.
Moravia sees clients in person or virtually. She is available M-F from 4pm to 6pm.
